This session will examine the everyday systems that shape recovery journeys. From family routines and workplace expectations to local services, we will look at how these systems can be reimagined to center trust, flexibility and meaningful accountability. The conversation will also highlight the role of informal networks of support, from coworkers to cousins to community mentors, and how they often serve as the foundation of long-term recovery.
Discussion topics will include:
The influence of job design, caregiving and community culture on recovery outcomes
How trust-based accountability can be practiced at home, at work and across communities
